Who is this for?

This is for you if you:

~Feel tired of the day to day, but may be too  overwhelmed to figure out how to move forward and get off the hamster wheel of work, eat, sleep, repeat

~Feel that you do not have a voice that speaks from your soul and brings you joy in the day to day.

~Feel that you never quite have enough time to stop and savor the moments that fill you…because there is always something you need to do, to take care of; surroundings, people, events, etc.

We often become so entrenched in our daily tasks, rituals and patterns that we do not take time to pause and think about what still works for us and what we should kick to the curb. 😊

I hear you, I see you and I invite you to a world of growth and transformation. We will journey together to rid you of the labels and descriptors that may have served you once: to fit in, to survive, to get a job…

…but these don’t really represent who you are today. My passion is to help you see that they can actually inhibit you from fully engaging in your life until you begin peel away the layers that no longer serve you.

What is Wellness Mentoring?

TCM Wellness Mentoring looks at life through the lens of Chinese medicine, in particular the role of the Shen, or Spirit qualities that define our go-to coping mechanisms, relationships and engagement in life

In Chinese medicine, the concept of Shen includes Spirit, Emotion and Intellect. It is what drives us to engage (or not) in the world and connect with others. Understanding the complexity of Shen creates space for greater authenticity and engagement in life.

TCM Wellness Mentoring will allow you to:

~More clearly see the innate and learned patterns that impact your day to day that may or may not serve you anymore
~Move toward more healthy coping mechanisms and clarity of vision for your future.
~Create a future of connection, empowerment and adventure as only you can define
